SHIPPER SIMPLE OVERVIEW

REGISTRATION

  1. Click "Register" on the home page.
  2. Agree to the disclaimer (you only need to do this once).
  3. After clicking "I Accept", the next page that appears is a general "Hints and Help" page. It is strongly recommended that you print this for future reference. If you don't want to do this now, you can get back to it later from the "Login" page.
  4. The next page is the actual registration form (required fields are shown with an *). Fill it out and click "Submit".
    • The user name you choose during registration will stay with you; you can change the password at any Login.
    • We will use the 1 or 2 e-mail addresses you enter to send you notification that a bid has been submitted on any job you place.
  5. A page will appear confirming that you have been registered.

USING THE SITE

  1. Click "Login" on the home page and enter your user name and password.
  2. Make sure your e-mail addresses are correctly set; we will send notification of a new bid entered to these e-mail addresses (the "Hints and Help" page contains more information on settings for your e-mail addresses).
  3. Go to "Submit New Job" page and enter the information for your delivery.
  4. Submit your job (the pick-up and delivery names will not be seen by the carriers, only the addresses).
  5. Monitor bids. You can find out about new bids by e-mail and/or by leaving a window open on the "View Your Jobs" page (this page automatically updates every 3 minutes).
  6. Call any carriers (using the phone number they gave with the bid) whose bids interest you.
  7. Select a carrier based on price, payment terms, ratings, or any combination of criteria. Make the final arrangements yourself with that carrier regarding the job and how you will make payment.
  8. Fill out carrier rating survey when delivery is completed.
